Ganache is a ratio of chocolate to cream , we make our Belgian Dark Chocolate Ganache using an equal parts ratio with pure 60% belgian dark chocolate. We use no additional sugar in our ganache ensuring it has an intense chocolate flavour and silky chocolate mouth feel. This ganache is then chilled and whipped by us to aerate it to soft peaks . Our signature moist dark chocolate cake sponge is layered with this whipped ganache and topped with airy ganache roses . The cake is sprinkled with hearts in all shapes and sizes to give across the perfect yummy love message to your special one.
