Vegan Whipped Belgian Dark Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes

Ganache is a ratio of chocolate to cream , we make our belgian dark chocolate ganache using an equal parts ratio with pure 60% belgian dark chocolate. We use no additional sugar in our ganache ensuring it has an intense chocolate flavour and silky chocolate mouth feel. This ganache is then chilled and whipped by us to aerate it to soft peaks . Our signature moist dark chocolate cupcake sponge is frosted with this no added whipped belgian dark chocolate ganache.
