Inspired by Maialino, one of my favourite restaurants in New York, this orange olive oil cake is beautiful in it’s texture and crumb with the delicate flavour of fresh oranges and pure olive oil . A slice of this cake makes for the perfect breakfast or just about any time slice of heaven.
