Our super moist chocolate wholewheat/ gluten free sponge is layered with our pure 60% callebaut belgian dark chocolate ganache and finished with our smooth ganache in a beautiful design. We make our dark chocolate ganache in a pure ratio of 1:1 and use only 60% chocolate to sweeten it with no additional sugar . This cake is an intense chocolate lover’s delight .
