Banana Walnut Tea Cake

With a dough of ripe mashed bananas, mix of flours and a generous scatter of walnuts, this cake is one of our personal favourites. Eat it for breakfast with a cup of coffee, indulge in it as a mid morning or afternoon snack, it definitely has an anytime cake factor to it. Bananas have this amazing quality to caramelise as they bake , giving this fruit and the baked product this amazing flavour unique only to it.
