Everything on our menu can be done in a gluten free form. We use a mix of certified gluten free flours composed of rice flour, sorghum flour, nut flour, millet , tapioca and so on to ensure your gluten free product tastes no different from the regular. Being an artisan bakery, we will happily provide you with a full breakdown of every ingredient, that has gone into your baked product. All you gave to do is specify to us that you would like your order to be gluten free when you place it, and that’s it. Beyond the menu we will also customise anything you may need in a gluten free version.
Our products are freshly baked to order from scratch using quality ingredients, and we pride ourselves in not using preservatives. We use no pre mixes and make every singe dough in an artisan manner just for you. We churn every batter fresh using certified gluten free flours, sugar , butter , oil, milk, eggs, rising agents, cocoa, fruits and other flavours in an old fashioned organic manner. We use the purest, freshest and finest quality ingredients to ensure your cake tastes perfect in every bite.
