Our chocolate chip cookie dough is made with butter, sugar, eggs, flour mixed in with 60% dark chocolate chips. This dough is then rested for a minimum of 24-48 hours to enhance the caramelised flavours of brown sugar, mature the flour and let the chocolate chips give the dough their flavour. Chocolate chip cookies made the perfect way.
